Service Terms and Conditions
1. Our charge out rate is $95 per hour plus GST.2. Our minimum charge per job is 2 hours plus all materials plus GST.3. Travel inside the Rotorua City boundaries will not incur a travel time or kilometre charge. The city boundaries are determined to be all areas within the below points *north of the roundabout adjacent to Te Puia on Old Taupo Road. *west of the Rotorua Airport entrance. *south of the entrance to the Zorb attraction on State Highway 5
SEE MAP BY CLICKING HERE4. Travel to and from areas outside of the above boundaries will incur a $0.75 cent plus GST kilometre travelled charge.5. All quotes will be given free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.6. On acceptance of a quote or work authorised to be undertaken, a 50% deposit is required before commencement of work.7. On completion of the quoted or authorised work, the balance of the invoiced amount given at work commencement becomes immediately due for payment.8. Non payment after 7 days of work completion will be subject to a daily interest charge.9.
